Terms of Trade & Export Compliance Policies

All international wholesale orders processed by Jagangeer & Alam International (JAI) operate under standard Incoterms 2020 rules:

• FOB (Free On Board): Goods delivered to Karachi Port / Sialkot Dry Port with export clearance completed by JAI. Freight forwarding managed by buyer.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): JAI covers full sea/air freight and marine insurance to the destination seaport or airport specified by buyer.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Full door-to-door delivery with destination import customs duties and taxes handled directly by JAI logistics partners.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for manufacturing defects. All shipments undergo a 3-tier Quality Control (QC) inspection process prior to packing:

• Physical Pre-Production Sample Approval: Bulk production matches approved physical sample dimensions, leather color, and stitch density.
• Defect Threshold & Guarantee: In the event of any manufacturing defect or weight variance exceeding 1.5%, JAI will provide immediate remanufacturing or credit note on subsequent orders.

We respect and protect our clients' proprietary brand assets. JAI explicitly guarantees:

• Client artwork, tech packs, custom logo molds, and specialized patterns will NEVER be shared, re-sold, or produced for third parties.
• We execute formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) upon request prior to receiving vector logo files or custom tooling specs.
