Yes! For glove orders, you can distribute the total quantity across standard ounce sizes (e.g. 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, 16oz) within the same colorway and mold. For apparel and belts, quantities can be divided across S, M, L, XL, and XXL sizes.
What is the standard production turnaround time for bulk orders?+
Standard bulk manufacturing takes 25 to 35 working days following formal sample approval and deposit receipt. For repeat orders utilizing established molds and artwork, production lead times are typically reduced to 18 to 22 working days.
Do you accept expedited rush orders for seasonal commercial drops?+
Yes, subject to current facility capacity, we offer fast-track production scheduling that can deliver completed bulk orders within 14 to 18 days with dedicated assembly line prioritization.
Which international shipping terms (Incoterms) do you support?+

How are commercial container shipments handled via ocean freight?+

Prototype samples are custom built within 7 to 10 working days so you can inspect leather feel, ergonomics, and logo finishing firsthand. We charge a nominal sample fee plus courier cost. 100% of the sample fee is credited back towards your first bulk production order invoice.
What commercial payment methods and milestone terms do you accept?+
For bulk production orders, we accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T Bank Wire) and Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) via official company banking channels. Standard terms are 40% advance deposit to procure materials and start assembly, with the remaining 60% balance due upon quality sign-off and bill of lading issuance.
How is quality control managed, and do you allow third-party factory audits?+
We operate under rigorous in-house quality assurance protocols. Every batch undergoes four inspection stages: raw leather tensile grading, in-line stitching & mold integrity checks, cosmetic finishing checks, and random AQL 2.5 final inspection before packing. Third-party auditors (such as SGS, Intertek, or QIMA) are always welcome at our facility.
What is your warranty and policy regarding manufacturing defects?+
We guarantee 100% manufacturing integrity. If any piece arrives with a seam failure, material blemish, or manufacturing flaw not compliant with approved specs, we will replace the defective units at our cost in your subsequent shipment or issue an immediate credit note.
